Welcome to the jubilant conquest of Worlds Collide. Dive headfirst into an all-encompassing fantasy world as you command an army of your choosing and compete to dominate the battlefield in this streamlined take on a classic competitive genre. Easy to pick up and hard to master, watch as your army and the world around you evolves and adapts to your choices.
With my years prototyping and creating tracks for personal projects, I was able to mentor Alex Park, an incoming freshman at Purdue University who's very passionate with music production. We have weekly one-on-one meetings to discuss how the soundtrack for the game will be composed. I provided Alex references and directed him on how the musical pieces should be, and he creates the tracks while I provide feedback on catering towards immersive soundtracks.

On top of my audio mentoring, I also drafted and designed levels for Worlds Collide. With experience playing games such as Starcraft 2, Halo Wars, and Lego Battles: Ninjago, I delved into research to create dynamic levels by documenting RTS design philosophies and sharing it to the rest of the team.
With extensive collaboration with a couple of programmers from the team for procedural map generation, I updated the map design to be more fluid and grayscaled. The left image is my final design while the right image is produced by Aiden Cecilla and Justin Rothganger.


I also created a simple C++ program to jot down playtesting notes easier as we playtest my map design on Roll D20. This small program logs the moves and actions made as we playtest live. Each action gets recorded and gets posted in a .txt file that'll be archived for future reference.
